Why Can’t I Log Into the MLS?
There may be many reasons why you cannot get into MLS – if you give us a call we can help you through the issues.

Here are some things to think about:

  1. Did you forget to pay a bill? Or did you just pay a bill? Some of MLS’s programs take 24 hours to download the active information
  2. Did you type in your password correctly? Did you use all caps?
  3. MLS may be down.

How Do I log Into www.RANWC.com?

On the homepage, you want to input your username and password. Your username is your agent/member ID #, and your password is your last name in all caps (Please note if your last name is longer than 8 characters, only enter in the first 8 letters). You have the option of changing the password once there.

I Am a New Agent.  When Can I Get my Keycard?

Once you have been given your agent id #, you may call any of our offices and make an appointment 24 hours in advance to pick up your Display Key.

My Keycard and/or Cradle isn’t Working.

You’ll need to call the Supra support # on the back of your display key. The number is 1-877-699-6787.  Please be aware that you have a “display key” and NOT a “Supra key”.

How Much Does it Cost to Lease a Keycard?

Since the Supra keycard prices change, it is best to contact the Association at 847-506-5002 for the most up-to-date pricing.

Please note, you will also have to pay a separate fee to RANWC. Annually the fee is $30.00 (starting in October). The fee is prorated monthly thereafter.

Can I Pay my Supra Bill through RANWC?

No.  All Supra payments must go to Supra.  If you have questions about your bill, call the number on the invoice and follow the prompts for the "Display Key", not the "Supra Key".

My Display Key Isn't Working.  Who Can Help Me Fix it?

Call the support number on the back of your Display Key.  If there is a problem that is unable to be fixed, Supra will give you a reference number.  Bring the reference number and your defective key into the Association to exchange it for a new Display Key.

I Need to Lease a Supra Display Key.  What Do I Need to Do and When Can I Come in to Pick it Up?

Call RANWC at 847-506-5002 and make an appointment the day before you would like to pick up your keycard. We’ll need to have your name, agent #, whether or not you wish to purchase lost/stolen insurance($25 annually), what 4-digit pin you would like for your key, and when you would like to pick it up (between 9am-4pm Monday-Friday in Lake Villa and Arlington Heights, between 10am-2pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday in Chicago, and Saturday from 9:30am – 1:30 pm in Arlington Heights).

My Cradle Isn’t Working.  What Should I Do?

Call the Supra support number on the back of your Display Key.  If it is broken, Supra will give you a reference number.  Bring your defective cradle and reference number in to the Association to exchange it for a new cradle.

What Phone Number Can I Call to Talk to Supra Directly?

The number to reach Supra is on the back of your keycard. (877-699-6787).

I Need to Show Properties in or Near Rockford / De Kalb.  What Do I Need to Do?

Call in at least the day before so we can send your information to the correct association. An hour after you call in, you should be able to call the KIM Voice Update number (888-968-4032) located on the back of your keycard and follow the prompts for the Rockford or De Kalb Association and obtain an update code. After you've entered the update code into your keycard,  you will need to cradle your keycard overnight.

Your update code will be valid for one month from the Update number located on the back of your keypad (for example: if the Update number is 5, you will need to renew your update code on the 5th of every month).
