Anatomy of a Short Sale- Beyond the Basics
FI1130 (3hrs IL Elective CE) Learn about the new HAFA program and explore compensation concerns as well as the reasons short sales fail and what we can do to increase the odds of having a successful transaction. This is not a basic short sales class! Attendees should have taken SFR or similar training prior to attending or have a working knowledge of or experience with short sales.
