MEMBERS: If you are a member of RANWC, you can make an appointment to get an ActiveKey once you have your Agent id #. You can call 847-506-5002. Our staff will be able to give you the breakdown of fees and give you all the information you need to obtain the keycard.
There are two fees collected to pick up your ActiveKey. The first is a lease fee with Supra and the second is an Administrative fee for RANWC (both fees are prorated monthly). Both fees can be paid by Check (separate checks needed), Visa or Mastercard.
Again, to obtain your keycard, please call 847-506-5002 to make an appointment. The appointment lasts about 15-20 minutes.
NON-MEMBERS: If you are a member of the:
Chicago Association (Chicago); Mainstreet Organization (Downers Grove); McHenry County Association (McHenry); North Shore Barrington Association (Northbrook); Oak Park Association (Oak Park); Three Rivers Association (Joliet); and West Towns Board (Cicero) You CAN obtain a ActiveKey with RANWC. There are a few ways you can obtain your key:
Most of the above boards will have or already have access to the Supra system even though the primary system is the SentriLock System. This means you will be able to go to your board office to obtain an ActiveKey. RANWC suggests you call your primary board to ask for their specific instructions on obtaining a key.
OR
If your board isn’t set up yet with a Supra system you can come into a RANWC office (Arlington Heights, Libertyville or Chicago) to obtain a key.
In order to obtain a keycard when you are not a member, the following form must be filled out:
RANWC does ask that you make an appointment to obtain a keycard, so please call 847-506-5002, indicate you are with another association and we will take your information and make an appointment. When you come, your appointment will go faster if you have the above application filled out.
To obtain an ActiveKey there are two things to remember:
1. If you are a new RANWC member, the linked pricing schedule does not include the $50 one time activation fee for obtaining the ActiveKey. You pay that fee when you pay the ActiveKey lease amount.
a. If you are a member of another Association and previously had an Supra key, the $50 activation fee is waived.
2. The first is a lease fee with Supra and the second is an Administrative fee for RANWC (both fees are prorated monthly).
MEMBERS: If you are leaving the Association or would like to cancel your lease with the ActiveKey, all you have to do is bring in your keycard to any of RANWC’s Association offices and we will cancel your account and take back your equipment.
NON-MEMBERS: If you are leaving your Association or would like to cancel your lease with the ActiveKey, all you have to do is bring in your keycard to your primary Association office and your board will cancel your account and take back your equipment.
MEMBERS: Starting Monday, June 30th, RANWC will be able to issue Sentrilock keycards and/or lockboxes to their system if you wish.

Please note: You DO NOT need a Sentrilock keycard to open the Sentrilock boxes. The Sentrilock lockbox owners/users have the ability to give you a one day code to punch into the Sentrilock lockbox (much like the old combo/pushbutton boxes). This code will allow you to open that particular Sentrilock lockbox.
