	The HandHeld Power Program (HHP) is a unique application of wireless technology that uses a portable Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), as the centerpiece of a mutually beneficial connection between: REALTORS® – To free them to work outside the office, serve clients and sell more homes. Mortgage Lenders and Loan Officers – To originate more mortgages through REALTORS®. Homebuyers – To find the right home and the right mortgage. Multiple Listing Service (MLS) organizations – To enhance the effectiveness of its members through mobile access to the MLS.
HHP enables REALTORS® to access the MLS database on a wireless basis via a handheld PDA. REALTORS® gain new mobility to conduct work outside the office and serve homebuyers with speed, convenience, and professionalism. REALTORS® are introduced to HHP by Loan Officers of participating mortgage companies. The REALTORS® PDA is linked to a Mortgage Lender with whom the Realtor can initiate mortgage-related services for his clients – to get “real time” mortgage rates, Pre-Approvals, and loan responses. Mortgage Lenders and Loan Officers build productive, service-oriented relationships with REALTORS®. Mortgage Lenders have their rates and lending programs communicated through HHP, over the Internet, direct to the PDA of Realtors. Loan Officers and REALTORS® use PDA's to work together and build relationships. MLS organizations enable members to access the MLS and use this amazing new tool.
